Although the vast majority of ADS MidAmerica’s clients are dentists who are selling their practice, we will occasionally serve as the buyer’s representative to assist them with their purchase (from a non-ADS MidAmerica seller, of course). If engaged, we will:
- Review practice analysis / appraisal
- Assist in making an offer and negotiating an offer to purchase
- Review proposed purchase and sale agreement in coordination with buyer’s attorney
- Assistance in obtaining financing through lenders known to be legitimate participants in the acquisition financing industry
Our fee is dependent upon the requested service. Fee arrangements are in place before we commence working on your behalf.
